Robin founded Kanj Technologies in 2006 with a mission to deliver trusted, service orientated, IT management to SME’s and ME’s. Over the past 17 years, his team has overseen IT service growth in sectors that includes healthcare, fiduciary services, warehouse and logistics and consultancy to other IT service providers both nationally and internationally. The core focus has been to deliver enhanced IT service management across cloud, security and infrastructure, Robin gained his MBA from the Open University, is a fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and has ITIL and Project Mgmt. accreditations. A Londoner from birth, he is married and follows world cinema.

Azam Marzook has been a key part of Kanj Technologies for over nine years, progressing from an engineer to the Chief Technology Officer. He possesses extensive expertise across various fields, including infrastructure, networking, virtualization, cloud, and security. Azam works closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions and is dedicated to mentoring and training engineers to excel in their roles. He is an active contributor to the Microsoft and AWS communities, regularly participating in events and delivering technical talks. Azam is married with one 4 year old boy and engaged in youth mentoring activities.

Richard joined as our Non-Executive Director in January 2018 with the aim of providing financial stewardship and assisting with long term strategic positioning. ACCA qualified and an accountant by trade, Richard is a Director of several businesses, specialising in debt consolidation and asset management A very busy man with a family of four we are not sure what he does to relax!

Darren has been a technical consultant to Kanj Technologies for the last four years, whose experience in EA (Enterprise Architecture) includes storage, virtualsation and networking – assists us in delivering enterprise cloud and on-premise solutions. His core vendor specialisations are Cisco, VMWare and HPE SAN’s, where his diagnostic and problem-solving skills have been recognised by a number of our clients. His accreditation includes VMWare VCP-DCV (data centre) and VTSP (Technical Solutions Professional), Cisco CCNA and HPE ASE (Storage solutions) Darren’s role of developing and implementing the EA for KanjTech’s clients as well as technically mentoring our senior engineers, has been invaluable. Located in Yorkshire, elite fitness and his daughter are his two loves.

James bringsa over 25 years of experience in marketing, business strategy, and digital transformation. As Head of Digital at Kanj Technologies, he focuses on helping businesses leverage technology and data-driven strategies to accelerate growth, strengthen customer engagement, and enhance online visibility. Before joining Kanj, James founded and led several successful ventures across the marketing, web, and software sectors – including scaling a print production facility to a multi-million-pound turnover. His expertise spans strategic planning, software implementation, project implementation, and technical web development, making him a valuable link between commercial goals and IT innovation. James works closely with clients to align technology with business outcomes, ensuring every digital solution drives measurable impact and supports sustainable growth. Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his family, various football activities and staying active through fitness.

Since joining our team in 2017, Maria has grown to be the cornerstone of our back-office team managing: accounts, office administration, HR requests, suppliers as well as managing our overseas teams needs. Maria also has the added responsibility of managing business functions and compliance processes and has assisted the business in their ISO and GDPR requirements. Currently advancing her skills through ACCA studies, Maria is committed to her CPD’s and is passionate about learning. In her free time, Maria enjoys delving into various subjects, particularly those that enhances understanding of effective communication. Maria is based in London with her family.
